2. Scope of Services
Successio offers three programs:
- Family Records Reading Pack (฿2,200) — A printed reading pack covering how families have historically organised and preserved everyday records. The pack draws on published cultural material and is intended for general educational reading. No professional advice of any kind is included or implied.
- Household Records Operational Consulting (฿17,500) — A consulting engagement focused on folder structure, labeling conventions, and the design of a yearly review habit for a household's own internal records. This engagement is strictly operational and procedural. It does not produce any output that would constitute the work of a regulated professional.
- Heritage Reading Program (฿24,000/year) — A monthly reading program covering cultural perspectives on family records and household memory, drawing from published Southeast Asian and international cultural literature. The program is reflective and cultural in nature, not procedural or advisory.
The scope of each service is as described above and in any written engagement confirmation. Successio reserves the right to adjust program content over time, particularly for the Heritage Reading Program, while maintaining the described cultural and educational focus.

4. Ordering and Payment
4.1 How to Engage
Engagement with Successio services begins with an enquiry through the contact form on this website or via direct contact by phone or email. A written confirmation will be issued before any payment is requested.
4.2 Pricing
Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are current at the time of publication. Successio reserves the right to adjust pricing for future engagements. Any change in pricing will be communicated before a new engagement is confirmed.
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment terms for each service will be specified in the written engagement confirmation. For the Heritage Reading Program, subscription fees are payable annually in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4 Delivery
Printed materials (Reading Pack and monthly Heritage Program mailings) are delivered to the postal address you provide. Delivery is by standard postal or courier service within Thailand. Successio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. International delivery may be arranged on request at additional cost.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Family Records Reading Pack
Once a Reading Pack has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. If the pack arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5.2 Household Records Operational Consulting
Cancellation of a consulting engagement prior to commencement may be made in writing up to 5 business days before the scheduled start date, subject to a reasonable administration fee for preparation work already undertaken. Cancellation after commencement will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with any refund reflecting the proportion of the engagement not yet delivered.
5.3 Heritage Reading Program
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time in writing. A proportional refund of the unused monthly portion of the subscription fee will be issued, less a reasonable administration cost. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the written cancellation request.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website — including text, layout, design elements, and graphical components — is the intellectual property of Successio or its content partners, and is protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.
Printed reading pack and program materials are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scan, photocopy, or otherwise replicate the materials in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Successio. This does not affect your rights to make personal notes or to discuss the content with family members in a domestic context.
